New Webmail System
Over the past few days, if you are a frequent user of our webmail system, you may have noticed a slightly different look and feel to it when you login.
To improve the reliability and speed of the service we have moved our webmail to a new system which in the short and long term will prove to be considerably faster and also a more reliable web email solution.
In terms of the use of the system, Simply login as before and you will see the new improved system.
Please note, to use the system properly you will need to make a slight setting change. Simply login as before, go to Personal Settings in the top right hand corner, click on the Identities tab along the top, double click on your email address in the left hand side box and make sure the email address says your correct email address. This change will ensure when you send out an email it comes from the correct address.
Unfortunately we are unable to make this change automatically for all of our customers so to ensure that your emails are sent properly please follow the above instructions. We hope that once this has been done you will find the new system, easier to use, faster and more reliable.
To assist you in the move over to this new service, we will be producing an easy-to-use user guide to help you with any questions you may have in using the system. Of course if you still have any further questions then please email us at support@suffolkonline.net or call us on 01473 345305.
Please keep an eye on this article over the next few days for further updates on our webmail system and also for the detailed user guide we will be producing. Once these updates have been made and the user guide provided we will be emailing all customers with all the relevant information.
It is also worth mentioning that webmail should not be used as a permanent email solution. It is designed as a method of sending and receiving messages whilst you are either away from your home or on holiday for a non-permanent amount of time.
If you have any issues with doing this please don't hesitate to contact us at support@suffolkonline.net or call us on 01473 345305.
