Don't forget to use our Service Status

When Suffolk Online has a problem with any of it's services, if you are a Suffolk Online customer there is an easy way to check. As long as you have some sort of Internet connection, then visit our website and under the Suffolk Online helpdesk pictures you will see our service status bar with the classic traffic light system. If the service status is green then all services are ok. If it is amber then one of our non-core network services may be experiencing problems, if it is red then one of our core network services (such as dialup, broadband or email) may be unavailable or experiencing problems.

If you want to find out more details on the issue then simply click on the bar and the bar will move down with further information. This may include expected level of down time and more information on the problem itself.

Please use this service is you are able to get onto our website, whether it be on your own connection or somebody else's as this may save you a call!
