Curry Weekend

Friday 8th October 2010 @ 7:00 pm

Section: Food & Drink

Prolific author, founder of the Curry Club and ‘Curry King’ Pat Chapman is set to bestow curry wisdom on Framlingham as part of the Technology Centre’s ‘Indian Summer’ event to fall within the Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival. A passion for curry and for business will be entwined at the Centre, where Pat will be delivering presentations to bring entrepreneurs and enterprising people together, hosting curry workshops to teach curry-cooking techniques and educating his audience on the best spices and flavourings to use across Friday 8th and Saturday 9th October. There will also be time to buy Pat’s books such as The Curry Bible and his latest Good Curry Guide, and have them signed personally by the author himself. An ‘Indian Feast Night’ will be held at The Crown Hotel where their talented chefs will specially prepare Indian cuisine. Themed activities will take place throughout the town over the weekend and details of these ‘Indian Summer’ events can be found online at www.t-centre.co.uk or call 01728 726 500 for more information.
