Organised by the National Trust is this four-mile walk following the old railway line between Lavenham and Long Melford which has since closed. Meet at the Lavenham Guildhall tearoom for refreshments and introduction before heading off on the walk. At the end of walk you can enjoy a lunch at Melford Hall and discover more about the history of the house. Tickets cost £16 per adult. Refreshments and admission are included.
