If you are using an ipad or iphone today (01/09/2021) and you are having issues getting emails and continually getting pop up’s about a security certificate, please follow the instructions below to fix the issue.
Please note that the initial part of these instructions may differ depending what operating system version your device is running. If you are unable to find “Accounts” under Mail please look for “Password & Accounts” in Settings and then follow the advice through.
Tap on Settings
Tap on Mail
Tap on Accounts
Tap on your Suffolk Online email account
Tap on your email address in the box
Tap on Advanced
Turn off SSL
Tap on Account at the top left
Go to your email to check it is working again.
