Our helpdesk consists of knowledgeable professionals who are fully trained in website maintenance and in particular the WordPress CMS system that Community Action Suffolk provides with its websites. We are committed in ensuring that whatever product is purchased from Community Action Suffolk that we provide the highest level of customer service when you need it. Alongside our dedicated helpdesk we also provided detailed and easy to view user guides which will ensure that rather than needing to pick up the phone you can resolve the problem yourself.
Unless specifically required, we don’t charge for ongoing support for your website, as long as you continue to host your website with us. This means that bug fixes, training advice or queries around the website are all free of charge.
As standard we provide a detailed user guide on how to use all of the features of the WordPress CMS and this can be provided in paper or electronic format. This guide details all of the major functions within the WordPress CMS and with graphic screenshots throughout. As standard we also provide a “remote” one hour training session, free of charge, where we show you around the system and give you all the information you need to update your site. As an additional priced item we can provide on-site website training, although generally this is not required.
