We do also offer ad-hoc IT Support as and when you need it.

We charge £50 per hour (for on site or remote/telephone) + any travel expenses incurred in the support we provide outside of a contract. Supply of new hardware and software to resolve the issue would be additionally charged and we would supply you with a full quote before we proceed with this option – should it be needed.
