Whilst the cloud is a very secure environment and Microsoft Office 365 offers various recycle bin type utilities to get hold of mistakenly removed data it is still recommended to have a backup solution in place to protect your data in the cloud. The Acronis 365 backup service is an excellent way of doing this.
