Order Process

Once we have your direct debit form and order form (or phone call or email if you want to contact us to order via these methods) we will then do some check on your line to ensure you can receive the product you are requesting. We will then email you to confirm whether you can receive the product you are ordering, or not and then inform you about the next steps. Usually the broadband ordering process takes around 10 working days but can be shorter or longer.
